Actis, a private equity firm focused on emerging markets, has named Adam Turtle as head of investor relations and project management.
Turtle will direct investor relations and project management for all new fundraising activity.
He joins Actis from Credit Suisse’s private fund placement group where, over the past seven years, he worked on 15 primary fundraisings worth more than US$20bn. Latterly, he was also responsible for secondary transactions, where he ran auctions with a combined value of US$3bn.
