The Africa Export-Import Bank (Afreximbank) has teamed up with fellow African institution Ecobank to focus on trade and project finance offerings.
The banks will originate, structure and finance opportunities across the 28 African countries in which Ecobank operates.
Afreximbank and Ecobank have already worked together on several trade and project finance deals in recent years before signing a new cooperation agreement at the IMF / World Bank meetings held in Istanbul this week.
