EFG International has nominated two new directors for approval at its annual general meeting, scheduled for 29 April 2009.
The proposed new directors are Apostolos Tamvakakis and Erwin Caduff. Formerly chairman and CEO of Lamda Developments, Tamvakakis previously worked with National Bank of Greece and National Mortgage Bank as vice-chairman. He also held positions at ABN Amro, Investment Bank (Athens) and Mobil Oil Hellas.
Caduff is the founder of ERC Consultants & Partners in Singapore. Previously he was managing director and Asia-Pacific head of private wealth management at Deutsche Bank, and a member of the global executive committee of private wealth management. In a long career in international private banking, Caduff has held senior roles at organisations including Banque Paribas, Coutts, Citibank and Swiss Volksbank.
EFG International will also propose to its annual general meeting a dividend of CHF0.25 per share. The firm is a global private banking group offering private banking and asset management services, headquartered in Zurich.
