Japanese bank Nomura has hired Selim Toker from UBS as head of its global finance solutions team for Europe, the Middle East and Africa, according to an internal memo.
Global finance solutions brings together capital advisory, enterprise risk management and tax and accounting teams.
Toker will be based in London and will report to Philippe Dufournier, head of global finance for the EMEA region.
