Rashique Rahman joins Morgan Stanley

Rashique Rahman has joined Morgan Stanley as a managing director and global head of emerging markets fixed income strategy.

Based in London, Rahman will be responsible for fixed income strategy research for emerging markets as part of the global fixed income research team. He will report to Jim Caron, global head of interest rate strategy.

Rahman joins Morgan Stanley from Armored Wolf where he was an emerging markets co-portfolio manager. Before this, he was the chief emerging markets strategist and head of emerging markets research at Royal Bank of Scotland. He also ran global emerging markets fixed income strategy at HSBC and held various other emerging markets positions at firms including Citigroup and Deutsche Bank.
