Reinsurance group Aon has appointed Keith Ashworth as head of risk transfer for the UK and EMEA in a newly integrated team combining its UK broking, EMEA business development and EMEA wholesale property teams.
Ashworth, a director of Aon Global since 2006, will focus on large multinational companies, designing and placing multiline, and property/casualty risk transfer programmes.
He will be supported by several new internal appointments: Guy Malyon, head of UK broking; Chris Sutton, head of strategic risk financing; and Alan Abel, head of risk transfer and EMEA property.
