Russian bank names Poletaev as first deputy chairman of the board.
Russia’s Sberbank has named Maxim Poletaev first deputy chairman of the board. He’s currently vice-president and chairman of Sberbank’s Moscow Bank.
In his new post Poletaev will oversee the bank’s retail and corporate banking segments, wealth management and the regional businesses.
Oleg Smirnov, currently chairman of Sberbank’s Srednerussky, will take Poletaev’s place as chairman of Moscow Bank.
