Bank appoints new EMEA transaction services head.

Bank of America Merrill Lynch has appointed Jennifer Boussuge its head of global transaction services (GTS) for the EMEA region. She was previously head of global sales for GTS, the culmination of a 19-year career at the bank. Other leadership roles she has held include head of international subsidiary banking sales and senior treasury sales officer for international government clients.

Boussuge will report to Paul Simpson, the bank’s head of GTS. She also joins the Europe and emerging markets (ex-Asia) regional executive committee led by Alex Wilmot-Sitwell, the president of that division.
