CEE group appoints Environmental, Social and Governance head.
Syntaxis, which provides mezzanine finance to Central European companies, has appointed Rupert Coull as its head of environmental, social and governance (ESG) policy.
He joins the firm from a private equity portfolio at the South Yorkshire Pensions Authority, which placed a strong emphasis on ESG. Prior to that he spent eight years working for Cazenove and Merrill Lynch.
