Saudi bank strengthens board with with chairman reappointment and new vice chairman.
Saudi Hollandi Bank, the kingdom’s oldest bank, has announced two appointments to its executive board and extended the contract of its managing director.
Mubarak Al-Khafra has been reappointed as chairman, adding to a list of current chairmanships at companies such as National Industrialization Co and the Saudi Company for Ethylene and Polyethylene.
Lubna Al-Olayan has been appointed as vice chairman, while managing director Bernd van Linder has been reappointed for another three-year term.
