Bank appoints new global markets head.
Sberbank Europe, the European arm of the Russian state bank, has appointed Tamas Haiman head of global markets. He will be based in Vienna and report to member of the management board Igor Strehl and head of regional and international GM management Alexey Zaytsev.
Haiman comes to the role from a four-year stint at Citi in London where was director, corporate sales and derivatives marketing for Russia, Central & Eastern Europe and Turkey. Prior to that he spent three years at Barclays Capital where he was head of the risk solutions group for Russia, Central & Eastern Europe and Turkey.
