Russian brokerage firm names new chief economist.
Russian broker BCS Financial Group (BCS) has appointed Dr. Vladimir Tikhomirov as its new chief economist.
Tikhomirov joins from Otkritie Financial Corporation, where he was chief economist since 2010. Previously he had worked at URALSIB Financial Corporation and NIKOIL Brokerage following a 20-year academic career.
