Georgian bank names new deputy CEO and CEO of Bank Constanta ahead of merger.
TBC Bank has named Nikoloz Kurdiani deputy chief executive officer. Kurdiani will also serve as chief executive of Bank Constanta, another local lender that TBC has acquired.
Kurdiani has ten years of experience in the banking industry, including five years at UniCredit in Austria and Kazakhstan. Most recently he was managing director of Kaspi Bank in Kazakhstan.
