Corporate, banking and finance lawyer joins firm’s affiliated Turkish practice.
Law firm Chadbourne & Parke has hired a new lawyer to join its affiliated Turkish office in Istanbul.
Haluk Bilgiç, a corporate, banking and finance lawyer, joins the firm from Özdirekcan Bilgiç Dündar, the Turkish correspondent firm of Gide, where he headed the banking and finance practice.
His appointment sees the Turkey practice named now Bilgiç Avukatlık Ortaklığı (Bilgiç Attorney Partnership).
