Private equity firm hires new legal counsel from White & Case.
Mid Europa Partners, a private equity firm focused on backing businesses in Central and Eastern Europe and Turkey, has hired Jana Philip as legal counsel.
In the new role, Philip will oversee corporate legal matters and commercial transactions at the firm. She joins from law firm White & Case, where she started her career in the Prague office before moving to the UK.
