UAE bank promotes 10-year veteran to head of private banking.
Emirates NBD has promoted Saod Obaidalla as head of private banking for the Gulf region.
Obaidalla will be responsible for all of the Dubai-based bank’s private clients with financial assets worth more than US$1mn across the UAE and GCC markets.
He has spent 10 years with the bank, including time as managing director and co-head of the onshore UAE market and head of royal accounts. He moved into the private banking division in 2010.
