Polish coal company will start meeting investors on Wednesday ahead of possible dollar deal.
Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa (JSW), a Polish coal mining company, will start investor presentations tomorrow (Wednesday October 22) ahead of a possible dollar-denominated bond issuance.
The roadshow will visit the UK and US. Any subsequent issuance will be of Reg S and 144A senior notes and rated Ba2 by Moody’s and B+ by Fitch.
Credit Suisse and JP Morgan have been hired as joint global coordinators and joint bookrunners, while ING and PKO Bank Polski are additional joint bookrunners.
