Bank Dhofar names new assistant general manager

Bank Dhofar, an Omani commercial lender, has appointed Bashir Said Al Subhi as assistant general manager for treasury and international banking.

Within this role, Al Subhi will manage the bank’s treasury business and provide risk management services to its corporate clients, as well as manage its relationships with its international correspondents and arrange structured financing for the bank and its clients.

Al Subhi has more than 17 years of experience in global treasury management and capital markets. He represents Oman in the Inter-Arab Cambiste Association, is a certified treasury and finance professional and a senior Omani member of the Global Association of Risk Professionals.
