Bank names new head of global issuer services.
Deutsche Bank has promoted Ajay Singh to global head of issuer services.
The role is within Deutsche’s institutional cash and securities services business, itself part of the global transaction banking division.
Singh previously worked in Deutsche’s corporate banking and securities division where he was head of listed derivatives. Before joining the bank in 2011, he spent 15 years with Goldman Sachs.
He will be based in London and report to Satvinder Singh, global head of institutional cash and securities services.
Issuer services cover the bank’s corporate trust, equity services and corporate services areas of the business for corporates, financial institutions, hedge funds and supranational agencies.
