New adviser to support female investors.

A new investment company has been established to support high-net worth individuals, women and families in the UAE and GCC countries.

Al Bashayer offers wealth management, corporate, investment banking and brokerage services under license from the UAE central bank.

The firm’s chair, Fatima Al Jaber, says there are many high-net worth females in the region who do not get suitable support as women have different investment expectations and risk appetites.

Al Bashayer is owned by a group of UAE and GCC institutional and individual shareholders, many of which are women.

The firm’s services include portfolio management, funds, pension and retirement plans, trusts structures, corporate restructuring, consultancy and management services. These will be introduced to the market when the investment environment improves.
