New appointment strengthens EMEA team.
SEI, a fiduciary manager, has expanded its EMEA institutional investment team with the appointment of Geoffrey Randells as a client investment strategist.
Randells will be based in London, from where he will work with the firm’s clients in Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Africa. He reports to Terry Gerlich, global head of institutional client investment strategy.
Patrick Disney, managing director of SEI’s EMEA institutional business, said the appointment is in response to fiduciary management’s growing popularity.
Randells’ previous positions include head of equities at KBC Asset Management and investment firm Philips, Hager & North. He also spent a decade at asset manager CIN Management.
