New EMEA head of OpenCollateral joins from JP Morgan.
Citi has named Saiid Ghobadian as the EMEA head of OpenCollateral, its collateral management business.
This appointment is part of Citi’s plans to strengthen its collateral management operations in the region.
Based in London, he is responsible for product development, strategy and sales and reports to Fergus Pery, OpenCollateral’s global head.
Ghobadian has more than 15 years of financial services experience and joins from JP Morgan, where he was head of product development for securities collateral management in EMEA.
