Management changes at RenCap

Russian investment bank makes promotions and new hires.

Russian investment bank Renaissance Capital has announced several changes to the structure of its management team.

Alexander Pertsovsky, president of Renaissance Capital, will now also be CEO of Renaissance Capital and the Renaissance Group in Russia, overseeing large mandates, the Russian equities business and government relations.

Yonatan Gozdanker will join the bank as global head of cash equities to oversee international and domestic sales.  Gozdanker has previously worked at Citi and Deutsche Bank.

The bank has also rehired Natalia Lebedeva as a director of equity domestic sales, and moved Evgueni Konovalenko, managing director of equity international sales, to Moscow from London.
