Two new appointments made to Global Emerging Market Equities team.
Barings Asset Management has announced two new appointments to its Global Emerging Market Equities team. Staffan Lindfelt will become head of the team with Isabelle Alexander assuming the position of investment manager. Both will be based in London.
Lindfelt has more than 13 years’ experience in emerging market investment. He joins from Sweden’s Handelsbanken, where he had been chief portfolio manager for global emerging markets since 2006.
Alexander comes from Pictet Asset Management, where she spent seven years as a portfolio manager in the global emerging markets team.
