Telco to take control of business from Wataniya Group.

Saudi Telecom Company (STC) has acquired Public Telecommunication Company, the Saudi company behind the Bravo, which runs a walkie-talkie network for corporate clients.

The companies have been working together since 2005, when Bravo entered a 15-year build-operate-transfer agreement with STC to provide wireless communication services.

The company was sold by Wataniya Group, a subsidiary of Qatar’s Ooredoo.
