Mid Europa Partners, a private equity firm focused on Central and Eastern Europe, is buying a 65% stake in Kent Hospital Group, a private hospital operator based in Izmir, Turkey.

The deal is Mid Europa’s first investment in Turkey, and its fourth in healthcare services.
