Public-private partnership efforts to combat climate change should advance despite the Copenhagen summit’s outcome. But private-sector companies may need convincing, writes Henry E. Teitelbaum.

The growing use of public-private partnerships to develop solutions to climate change around the world is one trend that will be undiminished by the failure to reach a legally binding global agreement at the United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP-15) in Copenhagen last December.
