Bank creates head of CEEMEA structuring role.
Bank of America Merrill Lynch has appointed Anupam Gupta as its managing director of structuring for Central and Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Africa (CEEMEA).
The newly created role is based in London from where he will be responsible for all cross-asset structuring.
For the past seven years Gupta has held senior positions within JP Morgan’s emerging markets division.
Most recently he was global head of emerging markets structuring, excluding Asia. He started his career in Deutsche Bank’s global markets team.
