Law firm hires London-based high-yield finance specialist.
Law firm Paul Hastings has hired Peter Schwartz, a specialist in high-yield finance, to join its London-based corporate practice.
US-born Schwartz works in high-yield bonds, leveraged loans and securities advice across debt and equity markets.
He joins the firm from Milbank, where he was a partner in the global securities team.
