Environmental services group borrows in zloty, koruna and forint.
French environmental services group Veolia Environnement has agreed a €500mn syndicated loan denominated in emerging European currencies.
The three-year loan, syndicated to 23 banks, is in Polish zloty, Czech koruna and Hungarian forint.
BNP Paribas, HSBC France and Société Générale Corporate & Investment Banking arranged and coordinated the funding. Law firm Gide Loyrette Nouel advised Veolia Environnement. Allen & Overy advised the banks.
