Russian gas company issues five-year loan participation notes.
Russian gas company Gazprom has raised €900mn (US$1.18bn) through loan participation notes.
The five-year notes were issued with a coupon of 3.7%. Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Deutsche Bank, Gazprombank and JP Morgan acted as joint bookrunners and joint lead managers.
