Bank announces head for new transaction management division.
Germany’s WestLB has announced the appointment of Steve Hurford as an executive director to lead its newly established transaction management department.
The new department is part of the bank’s global loan syndications and structured finance division, and will support other areas of the bank in pre- and post-execution tasks in its deals.
Hurford is based in London and reports to Manish Taneja, managing director and global head of loan syndications, based in New York.
