In April, financial services company Apex Group announced the appointment of three senior hires to its Digital Banking business. Alistair Stuart is head of digital banking – a newly created position – while Ankit Shah is head of digital banking business development and Neale Croutear-Foy is the team’s chief technology officer.
The trio will work across Apex Group’s digital banking platform, which is delivered via its subsidiary, European Depositary Bank (EDB). Launched last year, this platform aims to disrupt the corporate banking sector by delivering a secure digital solution specifically for corporate clients. The new hires will lead planned enhancements to the platform, with a view to solving some of the business challenges currently faced by asset managers.
