Our first issue of EMEA Finance was published in April 2008, and this edition begins our 10th volume of the magazine. We continue with the same vision as when we launched, simply to deliver insightful, timely stories about the economies, capital markets, and people leading the financial industry in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
We continue to be enthralled by the rapidly changing events and the dynamic economies and firms that we have the privilege to cover. We launched with a cover that says, where uncertainty lurks, reward awaits, and this phrase still seems to aptly encompass an amazing region where so much promise still holds.
We trust that you will enjoy the thoughts and reflections of two of the region’s most experienced and seasoned bankers who kindly share their own experiences, challenges faced, achievements, and, always as in the case of finance, expectations for the future.
