Citi has promoted a number of its CEEMEA debt bankers, including making Samad Sirohey the bank’s new head of CEEMEA debt financing.
Sirohey will report to Will Weaver, head of debt capital markets for the EMEA region, according to an internal memo seen by EMEA Finance.
Before the promotion, Sirohey was head of CEEMEA DCM at the bank. His old job has been split between head of MENA capital markets Iman Abdel Khalek and managing director in the CEEMEA capital markets business Tommaso Ponsele, who are now co-heads of CEEMEA DCM.
