Sales head to capitalise on renewed investment interest.
SHUAA Capital, a Dubai-based financial services firm, has strengthened its senior management team by re-appointing Jackie Fitzgerald as its head of sales.
Fitzgerald steps back into the role she held for three years before joining asset manager Invest AD in 2009.
SHUAA Capital’s chief executive, Sameer Al Ansari, said Fitzgerald’s return will help the firm capitalise on the renewed investor interest in asset management and investment banking products.
Fitzgerald has almost two decades of financial services experience working at various institutions, including HSBC. She has specialised in MENA equities since 2005.
Fitzgerald said she is looking forward to boosting its sales as investors re-emerge from the downturn with an interest in a range of investment products.
