Former UBS banker to take post and become co-CEO of region.
Investment bank Renaissance Capital has appointed Igor Bilous as its head of investment banking and finance and co-CEO in Ukraine and Central and Eastern Europe.
Working in Kiev, Bilous will run the investment banking and finance franchise in the region and hold the CEO post alongside Roman Nasirov, head of the equity and debt products group.
Bilous joins from UBS, where he was in charge of the Ukrainian business. He has also worked at SARS Capital, a Kiev-based M&A boutique.
