Bank makes changes to management team following Soloviev’s promotion.
Russian investment bank VTB Capital has made several changes and new appointments in its management board.
Following the appointment of Yuri Soloviev as the bank’s first deputy president and chairman of the board, chief executive Alexey Yakovitsky has been named CEO and chairman of the bank’s holding companies.
Soloviev will continue to oversee the investment business of VTB Group, while Vitaly Bouzoveria will be appointed as head of investment business at VTB Bank.
