Former SocGen derivatives head moves to corporate finance house.
Kepler Capital Markets, a European corporate finance adviser, has hired Nicolas Miara-Godet as head of its newly created investment solutions business.
The new division is part of the firm’s structured products business. Miara-Godet was previously global head of cross asset solutions sales and global head of equity derivatives sales at Société Générale Corporate & Investment Banking.
Earlier this month, Kepler struck a deal with Italy’s UniCredit to form a joint Western European equities business.
