Azerbaijan's Pasha Bank has signed its debut international loan, securing US$30.25mn for trade-related activity.

In a statement to announce the deal, Farid Akhundov, the bank's chairman, said: “Pasha Bank is enjoying strong support from its core relationship banks, as demonstrated by this first foray into the international loan market despite the uncertainty surrounding the markets in Europe.”
