Neil Barclay becomes joint EMEA syndicated loan leader.
Mizuho Corporate Bank has named Neil Barclay as the co-head of its loan capital markets business.
Barclay will be jointly responsible for the bank’s syndicated loans in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
He joins from Barclays Capital and reports to David Yeoman, head of EMEA syndications.
