Egyptian investment bank appoints new CFO.
EFG Hermes, an Egyptian investment bank, has appointed Khalid Ellaicy as chief financial officer (CFO).
He comes to the role from a two-year stint as CFO of Global Telecom Holding (formerly Orascom Telecom), where he helped to manage the 2011 merger with VimpelCom, a Dutch mobile operator.
