Hermes makes new appointments

Asset manager expands global distribution team.

Hermes, a London-based asset manager, has announced several new appointments to bolster its business development division, including new heads for sales in Europe and the Middle East and North Africa.

The firm has appointed Chris Goudie as executive director in charge of global business development and CEO of Hermes Fund Managers in North America. Goudie is joined by Heiko Dahse as head of sales in Europe and Marcus Money-Chappelle as head of sales in the MENA region.

Goudie joins from Pyramis Global Advisers, a fund management company he helped to establish for Fidelity Management & Research. Dahse joins from Fischer Francis Trees & Watts, where he was director of European pension funds. Money-Chappelle also arrives from Fischer Francis Trees & Watts, where he was director of official institutions, client service and business development for Europe and the Middle East.
