Asset manager hires new global distribution head to replace Harvey, who retires.
Baring Asset Management, an investment management firm, has hired Angus Woolhouse as global head of distribution.
With more than 20 years of international asset management experience, Woolhouse has worked at firms including Gartmore, Invesco and HSBC Asset Management.
At Barings, he will be responsible for global sales, client relationship and business development.
Woolhouse will report to David Brennan, Barings’ chairman and chief executive. Based in London, he replaces George Harvey, who will retire at the end of April.
