Troika appoints Paolo Zaniboni head of London office

Troika Dialog, one of the leading Russian investment banks, has appointed Paolo Zaniboni as head of the company’s London office. In addition, Zaniboni, who has been with Troika since June 2007, will continue his work as head of research.

As head of research Zaniboni has been responsible for expanding Troika’s product offering and securing numerous research awards from the Extel Survey and RBC Rating as well as international publications including Institutional Investor, Global Finance and Securities Market. Previously, Zaniboni was at Citigroup for 14 years in various equity research roles, all of which involved coverage of the emerging markets.

Since 2000 he was managing director, head of CEEMEA equity research at Citigroup, and since 2003 had additional responsibilities as deputy head of European equity research.
