Austrian bank RZB has announced that divisional head Johannes Schuster will be a member of its managing board when it completes an impending restructuring.

Schuster, alongside chairman Walter Rothensteiner and chief risk officer Johann Strobl, will represent the board within the Raiffeisen Banking Group.

Schuster is a business economist who has worked for the Raiffeisen Banking Group since 1995 and RZB since 1999.

Shareholders of RZB have approved plans to spin off of some of its business segments and merge them with Raiffeisen International to become Raiffeisen Bank International.
