Chief administrative office role split between other directors.

Securities settlement group Euroclear has announced several changes to its senior management following the arrival of Lieve Mostrey from BNP Paribas Fortis as chief technology and services officer.

Tim May, currently chief administrative officer as well as chairman of Euroclear UK and Ireland, is to leave the company, with the chief administrative officer role made redundant.

Frédéric Hannequart will take the UK and Ireland chair in addition to his responsibilities as chairman of Euroclear Bank, Euroclear Finland, Euroclear Sweden, and as a member of the Euroclear management committee. Bernard Frenay, managing director and head of the Euroclear Financial division, will replace Tim May as chairman of Xtrakter, which Euroclear acquired in May 2009.
