Commerzbank hires bonds head

Max Jacob moves from Morgan Stanley to develop Frankfurt team.

Commerzbank Corporates & Markets has hired Max Jacob as head of debt capital markets (DCM) bonds solutions.

Working in Frankfurt and reporting to Ulrich Hoeck, head of DCM bonds, Jacob will focus on developing new finance options for the bank’s clients.

“Markets are adapting to new financial regulation and we intend to be ready for the changes in clients’ demands,” said Hoeck, announcing the appointment.

Jacob joins from Morgan Stanley where he worked on capital structuring and restructuring.
