Troika Dialog welcomes Malkov

New investment banking director joins from JP Morgan.

Troika Dialog, a Russian investment bank and asset manager, has appointed Anton Malkov as a director in its investment banking department.

Malkov will arrange deals in the equity markets from the bank’s Moscow office. He will also execute M&A transactions and provide investment advice.

He reports to Michael Gibault, managing director and deputy head of investment banking.

Malkov joins Troika Dialog from JP Morgan, where he was chief executive of the investment banking department in Russia, focusing on the equity markets.

His previous roles have included a stint at Deutsche Bank, where he spent more than two years as vice-president of its Moscow-based capital markets department.
