Former BAML banker to co-lead investment banking team.

Troika Dialog, a Russian investment bank, has named Todd Berman as its co-head of investment banking.

He shares the role with Igor Sagiryan, who was appointed in January.

Berman will take up the new position in October and will work with Sagiryan to help Russian and international institutions access the capital markets. Sagiryan said Berman’s appointment will “free up time” for him to work closely with his clients.

Berman has two decades of experience in the financial services industry and joins Troika Dialog from Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he was EMEA head of the technology, media and telecommunications team. His former positions have included senior roles in the EMEA region at Citi and Lehman Brothers.
